Hepatitis BHepatitis B is the kind of hepatitis which is dangerous. This kind of hepatitis is the kind which is infectious compare to another kind of hepatitis. Hepatitis B infect through blood or body liquid contact that contaminated by hepatitis B virus (HBV). Somebody could be infected by HBV without any clinical symptom or abnormality and health problem. Those people are called HBV carrier. Somebody could be a carrier because he has good body endurance or because of inactive HBV. Inactive HBV cause body endurance mechanism does not realize it as enemy and so immunity system does not against it. When body endurance is getting weak, HBV become active, and the sufferer will show hepatitis clinical symptoms. Number of HBV carrier is huge. HBV carrier has big potency to infect hepatitis B to other people. Most of HBV infected people will recovery, only small number who will die because of weak endurance. Around 10% of hepatitis B cases will grow to be chronic hepatitis. HBV in hepatitis B sufferer can be inactive, but partly active and result worse hepatitis condition such as cirrhosis, liver cancer or liver failure. HBV could be found in blood, saliva, breast milk, sperm or vagina liquid of the sufferer. Hepatitis B infectiousness could be happened through blood contact, body liquid or other materials which are infected HBV such as hypodermic needle, surgery equipments which are not sterile, dentist equipment which are not sterile, acupuncture needle, tattoo needle, shrewdness needle which is not sterile. The use of equipment which could develop laceration with other people could be a media of HBV infection, such as razor, tooth brush, nail cutter, etc. Hepatitis B infection could happen from sufferer mother to the baby. Because HBV can be found in sperm or vagina liquid, so infectiousness can happen through sexual contact.
